Methodological guidelines to introduce affiliate policies and practices in management of human resources, with an emphasis on providing a working environment, according to the specific age needs of all generations and specifically of a longer working life and ability to work.

The document was developed within the framework of the Project “Joint actions of the social partners to adapt the working environment to the specific age needs of the different generations, with the aim of promoting a longer working life and ability to work”. The project is implemented by BIA within the framework of OP “Development of human resources” and is financed by the European Social Fund.

The analysis sets various goals and develops methodologies mainly related to the well-being of people in different age groups in the workplace.
