Smartphone Learning Opportunities to Promote Well-being in Young Employees.
Hello and welcome to the online learning platform of the BE-WELL project! On this platform, you will find all of the learning materials that we have developed for young employees, educators and mentors, so that they can be supported to address the well-being concerns of young employees in the workplace. For human resource (HR) professionals, managers and business owners, we have collected 35 best practices and education resources, which can support them to learn about different strategies to support employee well-being.
In this section of the MOOC platform, you will find a range of micro-learning resources specifically designed for young employees. Micro-learning resources are short, bite-sized digital learning resources, which you can use to develop your skills on-the-go. Each resource should take less than 5 minutes to complete, and so they are the perfect format for learning during your coffee break!
In this section of the MOOC, you will find a continuous professional development (CPD) training programme for educators and mentors who are responsible for delivering support programmes to young employees in their companies.
In this section of the MOOC platform, you will find 5 nationally-specific best practices and additional learning resources which support HR Professionals, Managers and Business Owners in local companies to understand and address the well-being needs of young employees in the post-pandemic economy. You are invited to use these best practice examples as a sourve of inspiration to support the well-being of young employees in your company! But also, you can use this database of best practices to connect with service providers and advisors on a national level in your country in case you would like to know more about the work they are undertaking to support employee well-being.
