Understand the current situation of Greek employees; where they stand on their mental health issues, the struggles they face, the solutions they prefer.
The survey of EY Greece, Hellas EAP and the Laboratory of Experimental Psychology of the Department Psychology of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, for mental health and well-being of workers in Greece, took place towards the end of the second universal lockdown (May-June 2021) and was filled in from 1,232 employees in the private and public sector.
