The report presents the results of the implementation of a contract with the subject “Research on the topic of “Analysis of good practices and preparation of proposals for the introduction of flexible working conditions”. The report contains information on the implementation of flexible working hours in the Bulgarian state administration, practices on the implementation of flexible working hours and location in 19 member states of the European Union, practices on the implementation of flexible career in 26 EU member states, the European Commission, Serbia and Switzerland and proposals to introduce elements of flexible working conditions in Bulgaria.
