Step 2: Watch the intro video to get a better understanding of what the channel is about.


Step 3: Go to the video section. Select one of the videos that sparks your interest, for example “Leisure Sickness”


Step 4: If you feel overwhelmed by the choices, go to the playlist section, where you can select knowledge-based videos, recommendations, exercises, statements, coping with stress, and building self-worth. 

Step 5: If you are interested to learn more, go to the website, where you can enroll in paid online courses.
