mobiliario. En 2023 fue reconocida con el sello de Igualdad Salarial otorgado por la Comisi\u00f3n para la Igualdad en el Trabajo y el Empleo \u2013 CITE, que distingue anualmente a las empresas portuguesas. La distinci\u00f3n se otorga a las empresas que tienen una tasa de desigualdad salarial entre mujeres y hombres entre el 1% y el -1%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En Portugal, la diferencia salarial entre mujeres y hombres cay\u00f3 del 16% en 2015 al 11,9% en 2021, seg\u00fan datos de Eurostat. Este REA tiene como objetivo inspirar a los responsables de RRHH cuyas empresas no cumplen estos criterios a crear pr\u00e1cticas que puedan estar en l\u00ednea con estos objetivos con vistas a su reconocimiento a medio plazo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La definici\u00f3n de empresas a distinguir se basa en los saldos salariales que todas las empresas presentan en el Informe \u00danico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Sello de Igualdad Salarial REA, ejemplificado por el reconocimiento de ANTARTE por parte de la Comisi\u00f3n para la Igualdad en el Trabajo y el Empleo (CITE), contribuye significativamente al bienestar. Al reducir la brecha salarial de g\u00e9nero, mejora el bienestar econ\u00f3mico y promueve un lugar de trabajo socialmente inclusivo. La gu\u00eda paso a paso permite a los gerentes de recursos humanos implementar pr\u00e1cticas que apoyen el rendimiento organizacional y el bienestar de los empleados. A trav\u00e9s de la transparencia, la capacitaci\u00f3n y la actualizaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas, los REA abogan por una cultura justa en el lugar de trabajo, abordando las dimensiones econ\u00f3micas, sociales y de bienestar individual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Paso 1: Revisa los datos salariales actuales<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comienza por realizar una revisi\u00f3n exhaustiva de los datos salariales de tu empresa, centr\u00e1ndose espec\u00edficamente en la brecha salarial de g\u00e9nero. Utilice los datos del Informe \u00danico para comprender las disparidades existentes e identificar las \u00e1reas que necesitan mejoras.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Paso 2: Establecer m\u00e9tricas de referencia<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Calcule la tasa actual de desigualdad salarial entre mujeres y hombres en su organizaci\u00f3n. Utilice la f\u00f3rmula proporcionada por la Comisi\u00f3n para la Igualdad en el Trabajo y el Empleo (CITE) para determinar la diferencia porcentual.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Paso 3: Realizar un an\u00e1lisis de equidad salarial<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Realice un an\u00e1lisis exhaustivo de equidad salarial para identificar cualquier brecha salarial injustificable dentro de los roles y niveles laborales. Este an\u00e1lisis debe tener en cuenta factores como las responsabilidades laborales, la experiencia y el rendimiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Paso 4: Desarrollar un plan de equidad salarial<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sobre la base de los hallazgos del an\u00e1lisis de equidad salarial, cree un plan detallado para abordar y rectificar las brechas salariales identificadas. Esto puede implicar ajustes a las estructuras salariales actuales, promociones u oportunidades de capacitaci\u00f3n adicionales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Paso 5: Implemente pol\u00edticas de compensaci\u00f3n transparentes<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promueva la transparencia en las pol\u00edticas de compensaci\u00f3n de su organizaci\u00f3n.
