empleados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El objetivo es ayudar a crear un entorno de trabajo para los empleados que los haga sentir bienvenidos, cuidados, valiosos, para que puedan rendir al m\u00e1ximo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cuidar la salud f\u00edsica de sus empleados por s\u00ed solo no es suficiente, el objetivo principal debe ser reconocer y promover el verdadero valor de un enfoque m\u00e1s hol\u00edstico del bienestar general.
